Macks airsoft dreamers of the week thread

Seller wants £240 for a two-tone AEG & sight

You can get the RIF for a £210 and with your £30, you won't have much trouble getting that sight used or even brand new on clearance.

These scammers don't even try.

Gas powered rifle for £700 yet the gun has an orange tip and the packaging is what you expect with garden plinkers and entry level AEGs.

Lol, & his prices are absurd, he's never gonna get a bite at those prices.
All "his" ads have completely different backdrops too, obviously not his pics, he could have made a better effort in finding pics with similar backgrounds.🤦‍♂️

I've devised a clever way to know if it's a scam or not, allow me to share with you...

So if you go to an advert, and the website link starts with "www.usedairsoft" there's a 99.99% chance that what you're looking at, is a scam
FORGET IT SUNSHINE!

I wonder if he missed the decimal point; £7.00 would still be pushing it though.

Seller wants £100 for a AEG being two-tone, missing its stock, firing selector and mock charging handle. You can get the RIF for less than £24 more.

Yet again, it looks like someone has misplaced the decimal point.

That looks like a Double Bell Mk12 SPR. All yours for £160 from patrolbase

That's way past dreamer and into delusional

I've bought a couple like that & took a rif back recently coz a previous owner fecked it up... gives me a project to work on tho.

I did a search in the classifieds for SCAR and unfortunately no black VFC ones.
Yeah I'd already looked too & found nowt, but to be fair my Googlefu is weak af lately, maybe Neg was referring to a general airsoft forum, not that there's too many of those around these days ?

I think this is sort of Mackish; apparently the gun was bought from here.

That pretty much sums up why I think a lot of boneyard guns are painfully overpriced, especially when the fault(s) is(are) unknown.

Retailers are the worst offenders, as much as I understand they want a return on what they'd paid from their suppliers.

Luke was right to condemn whoever sold that SCAR. I refuse to believe whoever sold it didn't know the problems would be expensive to sort out.
