Goggles fogging help!

sadly its a consequence of wearing goggles.

Options are anti fog like - cat crap bob dively etc and carry it onto the field with you and a wipe.

I wear goggles & glasses and the above is what i do, if you mist up find a safe corner and give it a quick wipe but make sure you are safe or see a marshal.

Dont risk your eyesight needlessly

I like using the Nuprol anti fog spray and it lasts ages for what it is, the only other thing id recommend is dish soap, will need applying every couple hours but it does the job

It's because you are sweating.

Remove a few layers of clothing. (Only if at least one layer remains that is! 8) )

Dress so that on the briefing you are a little cold. That way during the game you won't sweat that much.

A lot also depends on the airflow. Don't wear a scarf like thing on your mouth, because that directs the breath up. Also don't wear anything right above the goggles that stops airflow.

If still fogging, switch to glasses.

Strongly recommend a forum search. Some real gems of threads for this problem.
