Gearbox Help

Hi so I've been playing for 2 years and I've had the same gun the whole time now I want to upgrade, I have the externals it's just I want to upgrade the gearbox and don't know what to get I mainly play CQB any thoughts?

What is it about the performance that you want to improve?  Range, accuracy, power, rate of fire, trigger response, noise levels?
