G&G Cm16 RIS/Barrel removal

So I've been considering getting a G&G CM16 for my girlfriend ("Ha, gayyyyy") as she now has UKARA and her own gear, but no gun.

I'm hoping to fit the pink magpul gear on it; MOE handguard, stock and pistol grip. And I'm going to laser engrave some things on for her.

However i have no clue if the barrel/ris are the same as other m4's out there or if they are removed the same way?

g&g cm16 barrels are secured by two allan screws holding it in, probably beneath the ris. RIS is held together by a few screws I believe.
