Vorsk Vengeance BBU removal

I've recently purchased a Vorsk Vengeance with the adjustable rear sight. Whilst not needing yet to access the return spring I don't want to be caught with my pants down when I have to.

Removing the rear allen key bolt into the rear ob the bbu is no problem. However, on other pistols, to access the top screw(s) you take out the elevation adjust screw and fold the sight forward to expose the other screws into the bbu. Unfortunately the sight will not fold forward, in fact lttle more than the highest elevation possible.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a knack I haven't discovered?
