Actually I'm pretty agile and my balance is excellent, but when I get excited I tend to rely on my instincts which, unfortunately, haven't caught up with the state of my carcass these days - so when I go running and jumping into/over cover I launch in a manner that is never going to be appropriate for how the landing actually turns out IRL, rather than my subconscious expectations, and that's when I really need to see wtf I've got to deal with in the microseconds available...
