Hi guys,

Long story short did a bit of airsoft before Covid with my mates, but they've all now got kids, partners, responsibilities so it's not the same - and need to clear out my house for a move. I've got a rough idea what the below might be worth, but if anyone can help give it an approximate valuation I'd be really grateful - ideally want them to go to a good home without putting up taking the p*ss prices or getting ripped off by someone. Looking to get rid of the lot really - which I think would make a decent starter set for someone. Here's what there is:

Guns

UMG - G&G - Electric
VSR-10 - Tokyo Marui - Spring - includes red dot sight and silencer
M879 Breacher - Tokyo Marui - Gas

Accessories

X5 Shotgun shells
Padded Rifle Case
UMG Thigh Mag Pouch
UMG Mags (x3 mid cap - 50 round / x1 high cap)
Baofeng Radio + Antenma and Pouch and spare battery
NuProl Goggles
Lower face mask
Full face mask
Knee Pads
Pistol Thigh Pouch
Camo Burgen
Tactical Rig + all the accessories
Viper Tactical Belt

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

General rule of thumb is 60-75% of the current cheapest rrp.
Obviously condition plays a big part as well, which in your case can include painted guns, not everyone's cup of tea.

Thanks Tackle, that's really helpful. Yeah - it was for some Fallout/Metro themed games, but appreciate it was a bit niche. All the conditions are decent though and haven't been thrown about!

Man... Looking at your listing and wow 😳

  1. 4 preowned nuprol shells for £30 when you can get 'em brand new for £18
  2. Shotgun was retailing at £285 brand new
  3. G&G UMP retails at £310 brand new, so £250 is cutting it close even with the painted eotech (Maybe £30 new and the torch about the same?)
  4. G&G mid cap mags brand new are £26, asking £20 each for preowned is a bit much
  5. You've got the UV-5R listed for £50, they're £17 brand new from Baofeng direct, whip antenna is £12 from Baofeng direct or a £4 from Ali (Does the same thing), battery is another £6 which totals to £27 brand new (Using the Ali whip) or £35 if you get the whip from Baofeng themselves
Just a few of the items that stood out to me but gives a general idea

That's just my opinion obviously, people will pay what they think it's worth but I'd honestly recommend relooking at your prices and values based on condition. A lot of those prices seem bloody high for what you're getting, and sadly a paint job (Regardless of how good it may be) will devalue it even more unless it's specifically what somebody wants. Even if they've only had 10 bb's put through a replica, it still isn't worth the retail cost because it's pre-owned.

Hey mate - all good advice. I literally did some quick googling rather than any in-depth look and going roughly for what I remember buying them for, so can't say I went looking at all the prices on the internet. Cheers for the heads up so will alter the prices based on the recommendations. Genuinely just want to get rid at a fair price for me and the buyer. :)

For the face & eye pro and possibly the knee pads, you may have to consider bundling them as deal sweeteners. Unless your eye pro looks close to pristine and is from the likes of Bloc, Revision, Dye, etc, it is often going to sell for pennies on the pound when sold as used. It's not an accusation you're selling dodgy gear, the advice to new players is never to skimp on eye pro.

Are your carrier and bag branded with something well known in airsoft/paintball/real world military? If so, they'll take less of a hit with depreciation. There are so many generic carriers and rigs on the cheap through Ali Express/Temu/Amazon that unbranded ones won't fetch much when used either.

One challenge you should expect with job lot selling is lowballers who intend to flip individual items or smaller bundles of your job lot.
