Airsoft Clear out - looking for current prices

Looking to get prices on the following. I've not been playing for many years so going to clear out my gear and need to know what sort of prices i need to list them for.

Most are in good condition and will just need a clean up / lube etc to be usable again.

TM M870 Breacher - HPA Adapter - 12ish shells

AY Spectre M4 - 1 standard mag - 1 drum mag - barrel adapter for silencers etc.

Umarex H8r - 7 disks - case

WE Glock 17 - 1 mag

WE Glock 17 in a SRU Frame (Bullpup version)

G&G Combat Machine GC16 Predator - Wolverine Gen2 HPA engine - Quake Stock

Rule of thumb is 60-70% of current retail price +/- depending on condition.
