As a new player, since December, how do I deal with cheaters?

I doubt he has the required level of self awareness. He casually mentioned that he had been banned from any kind of combat/fighting sport in Peterborough, and frankly looked the kinda fella to start a fight for little reason other than a few lines of coke or pints of lager too many. Couldn't have been more than 25

Oh if he's in his twenties and still acting like that he needs to be on a bloody watch list. I thought he'd be a cringey teen-ager with that attitude

He's definitely worth reporting to the site owner. No self-respecting site owner will want to sign him off for UKARA. Imagine someone like him having free rein to buy RIFs when he's already admitted to being banned from combat sports in Peterborough.
