ARP 9 drum help urgent

Hello, 

I have a few days until a game and my ARP 9 g&g drum mag I have just bought new is having a very annoying problem!!!

The feeding tube at the bottom end keeps coming out!!! 

I have tried hand tightening it into the base where these treads are but it keeps popping out. Nothing looks cracked or broken. 

Does anyone know how to securly tighten the tube to the bottom of the Mag or have a just bought a lemon???

I just held it and tightened it. Problem fixed. I just had to use some plyers haha
