Sacarathe is right, if you can't get your receivers to line up correctly P* will assist you. Also there's a P* facebook page where people can assist and P* themselves are members of it
i'm curious why your original upper wouldn't fit. if that receiver fitted perfectly beforehand and doesn't after installing the FE then there's something wrong somewhere. Make sure you check the nozzle alignment as well.
