    so i just got notification from UPS that my parcel has been delivered .... yet i dont have it ... and there is no slip etc

      Found it!,

      long story - the parcel was due to arrive last Friday, so i diverted it to my parents (as i was at work), unfortunately UPS tried to deliver in the 20mins my parents had to nip out.

       

      so i rearranged delivery for today and confirmed to deliver they parcel to my house today (as its my day off etc)

       

      UPS decided to deliver it to my parents (who where not in) ... even though i had confirmed delivery to MY house!!!
