Came away from the Airsoft show better off as I almost went and bought a DTW! Instead I got a T1 "Aimpoint" on high mount, Madbull Ultimate Hop Unit, Cold Steel training knife, little laser unit for my XDM and a Tan Softshell jacket.

My son got a VFC PEQ-15, Bear Grylls Survival kit (for his D of E) and a spare spring for his Masada.

Bought two FDE P mags today whilst visiting Riflecraft. Picked up a Cerakote price list as well after seeing some of their work first hand. Tempted to do something on my XDM.

Riflecraft in Harleston do Fab Defense stuff. Looks good, I tried one of their RS Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 LR's and it had a Fab Defense grip on and was really nice. Prices not too bad for stocks either

Went into Riflecraft today as it is localish to me. Bought a Magpul CTR stock at a nice price. Excellent shop, if you can get a chance to go in there do. Very friendly, some REAL nice kit. Took off a Barrett 50 cal off the wall to show how heavy it was without bipod, bolt, mag etc. Jeez, that was an eye opener! Then took off the wall a Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 that they had Magpul'd up and Cerakoted - £1500. It was gorgeous, made a little sex wee holding that ! After holding that, I said to my son that my airsoft M4 isn't that far off the .22LR version in weight and dimensions

Well after working this morning and leaving my son at home, I thought it would be nice to take him to the local surplus shop. He bought a long sleeve thermal top and a thick belt. I bought a Swiss Arms rifle case, US tricolour desert shirt, trousers and coat. After a bit of battering and discount it came to £90. Considering the coat was reduced from £50 to £35 and the Swiss Arms case was £25, I think we did ok!
