Yeah, regular breathing cycles were one of the first htings I learnt when I started doing cross countries. I won the county one a few years back. But haven't really trained that much since so I am on the current program to get back up to standard. Thanks for the tip mate!
Use a straw and just breath Really deep in and out only through the straw (Isn't as effective as the Mask's but i don't want you guy's killing yourself's!) doing regular thing's around the house and relaxing then after a week or so start doing actual exercise's
