I've bought a pew from them. Sent it back and got a replacement which was also faulty ? They're terrible at answering the phone, or at answering any emails when you want to get your money back. If you want to give them money they're all over it.

Got given a lovely sa E05. The thing has mad pellet spread so want to get that sorted. I live in London and there's not many repair shops around. I don't want to rock up somewhere only for them to be like "you don't have a license for this" etc If anyone knows of any decent repair places in east London let me know!
