I'm considering buy an USW as my primary weapon. According to comments on internet and my experience of ASG Shadow 2, it should be a solid choice.

I’m new in UK so……yeah I have no one to borrow from. I’ll try find a repair store

If I use this I beed to buy a drill. Is electric screwdriver OK? It’s cheaper than a electric drill.

It just stripped totally, don’t know how to take it out. I’m thinking about finding an online store with repair service and send it to them, but 50 or 60 pounds fee for one screw is kind of unnecessary. Or maybe just leave it there, but when I have a wobble barrel or broken bucking it will be hard to deal with.

I continually sent emails to them during last four weeks, before Christmas holiday. Anyway, I’ll call them again next week. Cheers!

Has anyone contacted Extreme Airsoft with email? They barely reply my email, only after I made the purchase they send me emails to confirm. Last month, I asked them if I could cancel one of my items in an order before it was shipped, they agreed and deleted that item from order, but the refund is never issued. I’ve sent them some emails to ask, but no reply at all. Today I called their phone number on webpage and no one answer. I do like Extreme Airsoft and would like to continue purchasing airsofts with them. I don’t mean to complain here and it was just 20 pounds item, I just really confused why they never answer my emails. Maybe anyone has similar experience here?
