    Sold my Raven Glock which was brand new and working before shipping, customer PM's about an issue, which i try to resolve over chat. eventually stating he was at Patrol Base and they said the mag was faulty and would have to purchase another or fix. i responded within the hour during my work hours, and said its best to return the item and ill sort a full refund out for him. didn't have back since, assumed fixed. went ahead and bought another mag anyway instead of returning.
