    Selling my Chrome Tokarev with a Chinese leather holster lined with suede, and a 4 cell mag pouch which is leather. Not sure how old the mag pouch is, but it has a star on the silver buttons, maybe chinese? The Tokarev itself has a promethus purple bucking in it, fires around 0.9J with 0.25 and green gas. All mags are airtight and have been maintained well with Abbey 144a maintenance gas. I can chuck it in if the shipping allows it. Sad to see it go, this paired with my M16 or more recently the Mosin (both also for sale) have brought me many happy game days.     Selling my beloved Mosin as I'm moving away for a bit. It's been skirmished twice, and I had more fun using this firing 0.32g at 1 Joule than I ever have with any AEG. It's completely stock but still fires great. There are a couple of companies making upgrades now. My plan was to upgrade the piston and air seal to fit an even lighter spring for faster firing but never got around to it unfortunately. Comes with spare mag and real Mosin sling, and I'll throw in some Hessian material to "decorate" it. Feel free to ask any questions.

  3. Apologies folks, I never got notified that people have replied. I have tried new batteries (including an 11.1), a new high torque motor that works perfectly in my other build, and new springs, ( a lower power and higher power springs to see if it makes a difference) and same problem. I will try a different spring guide from another build and report back! Thanks again everyone.
  4. The piston in this old G&G gearbox (I don't think the piston or rest of the internals are) locks back after a few shots. I think the solution is to shortstroke by a couple of teeth (1 from front and one from back?) to stop the piston from moving all the way back and catching on the spring and spring guide. There isn't alot of space. Or is this amout of space completely normal and I just need to try a different spring? I don't have the tools to shortstroke the gear myself, so any low cost solutions would help.
  5. I'm trying to make my G&P XM177E2 as best as it can be from parts I have. The E&C gearbox has a gate Aster installed already, I've shimmed it myself and has incredible consistency on the airseal (so much so, the site chrono-er commented on it). The G&P gearbox is untouched from whenever it was made years ago. My questions are: Can (or should) I just drop the E&C gearbox straight into my XM177E2 body? If I should swap some parts around, what ones? I noticed the nozzle on the G&P is metal. I don't have calipers to measure unfortunately. If everything is better on the G&P, will I have to cut anything away to fit the Aster? I have minimal tools as I've just moved to where I am and couldn't bring anything with me. I also have a ZCI rotary hop left over from a previous build, should I replace the G&P metal one? The dial is very stiff. Any help greatly appreciated.
  6. Cheers for that! I'll look at a 2point with a buckle in the middle so I can wear it across my back and release it when needed. I would like to use it as a secondary.
  7. Also, does anyone know if the AS03 fits into the AS01 stock?
  8. Has anyone found a holster for an AS03? I was thinking of a back holster or something that will keep it fairly secure while I'm crawling about. Any ideas?
  9. Does anyone know of anyone that is selling or can 3D print a stock in this style for the Ares Striker AS-03? I think the files are already out there.
