  1. One of the replies I received from TG saying that they were suing UPS. Now, what that means is anyone's guess. Someone else I was speaking to about this received a similar reply saying they would start shipping to the UK when they had arranged alternative shipping. Since then though they have put UK shipping back on but with UPS. I've received an email from TG this morning, copied in on some back and forth emails between TG and UPS. UPS are trying to deliver but the contract details are incorrect. The details on the email aren't mine, completely wrong. My parcel is in the wrong part of the country. Given them the correct details and hopefully it'll get delivered at some point.
  2. That's a stroke of luck. Most people are getting an error now when they try to claim for a lost parcel. The only ones that can raise a claim now are the sender's. Apparently they have had to change it because of the number of claims. I asked TG to raise a claim a few days ago. I got a call on Saturday asking for more info and details of what happened. Number was genuine and he didn't ask anything specific so I think it was a legitimate call. I'll see next week if it leads to anything I guess. I've had a reply from TG saying they filed the claim and that I will either receive the parcel or a full refund. I feel a bit better about that. Thought it was going to be a long process to get a refund.
  3. Are you hitting the minimum order quantity? There's a minimum spend of £140 to ship to the UK. Honestly though, your asking for trouble if you do. I'd wait until they have a different courier sorted, which I believe they are doing.
  4. Amazing isn't it? When we get the chance to go around UPS, it all suddenly clicks into place. Bit it's not UPSs fault. It's Covid, Brexit, customs, TaiwanGun etc...

  6. I didn't even get a reply from that. Mines been in the wild for 57 days now. TG don't respond to emails any more and UPS haven't replied to my last three messages. The last message I sent (this morning) hasn't been delivered. I think UPS have blocked me. 😂 Raised a PayPal dispute a while ago and escalated it to a claim on the last day before it auto closes. I've kept TG in the loop, told them I would have to raise a dispute then a claim, regularly emailed and referred to the claim to try to get some action. The case closes on the 10th and they haven't replied to that either. I'm guessing I'll just get a refund and occasionally see "held in warehouse" until the number just stops being tracked. odd thing though. I've already got the refund from UPS. When UPS were contacted about the claim, they did reply. I can't see the reply but whatever they said, I got a full refund very fast. Getting the UPS refund is one of the reasons I think I'll never see mine. Better than being out of pocket though I guess
  7. Mind if I ask what condition it was in? A few have had them opened and tested while others have arrived unmolested. Mine hasn't moved but they have found it again, so there's that. 🤷‍♂️
  8. Anyone else getting an error when you try to raise a claim? I keep getting a UPS error E004 message when I try to put a claim in. Parcel hasn't been seen for over a week and customer support (hahahaha) confirm its lost. Emailed TG with an update so they can try to claim. Best I can do unfortunately.
  9. Have you tried opening a claim through the UPS site? Others have found it helps and seems to kick UPS into action. Mine is overdue as well but I can't raise a missing parcel claim. When I try I just get a message "cannot open a claim error code UPS:500".
  10. I'm just watching the clock now until it hits 72 hours and I can raise a claim. It won't change anything from my side but it may nudge things along a bit. Crap when the only thing to change is that it hasn't had a scan for a couple of days.

  12. Just received this reply from TG. Seems like some are being returned. Still no idea what's actually going on. The tracking info seems to be generated by a magic eight ball.

  14. Was it a UPS delivery or an unmarked one like others have been? Wondering what happens if nobody is in to take the parcel in. Really don't want it leaving outside if it does actually get delivered.
  15. I ordered mine on the 10th of Feb and it shipped on the 11th. Tracking makes less and less sense by the day. Dipped into "awaiting clearance from customs" for the fourth time on Wednesday, back in the warehouse yesterday. Seems like the warehouse scans are just an automated thing to prevent the 72 hour cut off for a lost parcel.
  16. Same here. Same time as well. I got BCC'd into an email yesterday from TG to UPS chasing delivery so I guess someone's asking questions at least.
  17. I got a reply similar. Took a long time to get a reply, I'd given up on getting anything. Nothing has changed yet though, parcel still just having someone confirm its sat there, not moving with warehouse scans.
  18. Glad you've had a good experience and that looks awesome! I know a few people that have had success lately. Using a courier other than UPS appears to be the magic ingredient.
  19. Mine has apparently entered the void as well. Claim raised through PayPal as TG aren't responding to my emails.
  20. Ahh man. My parcel has been sat next to yours for a month. Been scanned at exactly the same time throughout this apart from the big missed scan the 17th. Oohh, the excitement. Now yours is leaving the building. My orders going to feel like it's been deserted. Empty space on the shelf next to it. 😁
  21. If you find an address that gets through, I'll happily email and add another voice. I've been trying every avenue I can but not getting anywhere either.
  22. Really wish I'd done this a month and a half ago. What I wanted wasn't in stock but I'd have just got an alternative if I'd have known how bad it was. My parcel is still in Stanford Le Hope and I've given up on seeing it. UPS are blaming TaiwanGun now. (Copied reply from UPS) Hi Andy, upon checking your tracking records, I was able to see that a document inspection is required, I would recommend you to contact your direct sender, so they can address this matter directly with us, thanks. -Henry I've sent the firearms form back to UPS weeks ago, resent it recently when emailing them so they aren't waiting for any forms off me. Paid the fees and now it's just sitting and waiting along with all the others. I've emailed TG with the UPS reply to ask if there's any way I can help or anything we can do, I didn't get a reply. Now just keeping everything documented incase I need to involve PayPal at some point.
  23. Lozart: I was wondering about that as well. When I've emailed TG they were very much of the "it's not our fault" stance. They also say that shipping to the UK is at our risk, but would that hold up? Hoping it doesn't get messy and everything just turns up. I'm in the same boat (warehouse?) as most others. Ordered on the 11th Feb, it's been sat in the Le Hope depot for weeks. Filled in the RIF form and emailed it back. Yesterday I got another email from UPS with ***URGENT 5PM DEADLINE*** as the subject asking for my UKARA documentation. Replied with the completed RIF form again saying you don't receive documentation with a UKARA number. Haven't been able to get through to them since to find out what's needed.
