Forgot to update myself on here !! I had received my parcel the other day however, I opened up disputes at both UPS & Taiwangun, After 30 days of the dispute being open not once did TG respons so Paypal refunded the amount of the Order (£180), however, I still dont now how I received it but UPS Brokerage women told me if they were to request it back it would cost them £13 a day for everyday it was in storage plus shipping fee! She then explained because we are no longer in the EU the intercept parcel procedure doesn't work anymore so they will attempt delivery before sending it back !!!! however ??? Mine was even attempted to deliver! I was in all day, the day it was " out for delivery" I have a Ring doorbell that records 24/7, however not once did anyone knock my door/ring the bell that day. Then gets an update saying it at my local UPS Point which i thought wow !! lazy twats !! just cause i live up a hill like ! anyways, the lady also said on the phone that the hold up is 6-8 weeks and unfortunately she cant do anything about it , every parcel must be thoroughly checked, including batteries if not specified on the box with a Battey Label !! Looks like some are on the move, Mine left SLH last night and im so buzzed now !! gutted its back holiday weekend otherwise it probably would've come tomorrow, im still hopeful that it may turn up today !! My fees worked out at 28% of the total order. However, I would say its cheaper as you get more bang for your buck Total Order was £180 (Fees were around £48) My order was of MP5SD6 Blue (£108) MK23 Pistol (£23) Mid Cap Mag x4 (£20) 3 point sling (£5) Roughly that much, On patrol base the MP5SD6 Alone is £180, so by ordering from taiwangun i gained a pistol, mags and a sling! The MK23 Pistol is £50 on PatrolBase, so you can say then instead i have the pistol £2 cheaper and gained mags (£12.99 on patrolbase each) and a 3 point sling (£15 each) for free? I hope this helped ? Currently on the Phone to UPS and asked to forward me to UPS Brokerage but they are closed Saturday and Sunday, Just a note worth taking !! My parcel, the operator said, has left the depot and is now in CARDIFF but then she said via clearing that it hasn't been released yet? so its still in Stanford Le Hope she is confused herself and doesn't know what is happening UPDATE: The operator has informed me that she has emailed the Brokerage to see what the current status of my parcel is, whether its still in the warehouse or has left already. I will update you guys when I hear anything, but Just seems that the guys that have already received theirs must be lucky or where on the top of the pile ?! strange

So I got this update this morning ? My guesses are it’s in cardiff but it hasn’t be released by customs ? im confused lol 😂 I work 5 days a week, the scheduled delivery time is what I would work off and if it turns up whilst I’m not there then it’s a problem ?

i guess its coming back to me now ? after having a return to sender alert and then warehouse scan and now its been modified, they have rescheduled delivery ! i guess its coming back to me ? UPS are by far the most complicated company I've heard of !!! The delivery notes arent updated and when they are ! they arent clear

No update on delivery on mine Was hit with a "Your package is awaiting release from the clearing agency. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city." Then 2 days later ( Return to sender requested ) I was on hold for 1 hour to UPS Brokerage and she said that they put this request in for Customs to Accept or Deny based on whether it is allowed to be shipped to you ?, she then proceeded and said that the parcel can only be return to sender if they pay fees to send it back or it is failed delivery twice ? I have no contact from them for 2 weeks ? I'm starting to think its just not gunna turn up ? However, there is still hope as yours has turned up without the UPS updates ? It is still strange that the return to sender was requested 2 days after the clearing agency had it ? I only ordered a MP5 Blue edition and MK23 Mid caps mags which are in stock anywhere in the UK and are expensive as fuck !! Fingers crossed thats all i have to say ! Ive opened a case with Paypal now to ensure myself of a refund if it doesn't turn up !! I'm then hit with a typical Warehouse Scan ? Anyone have any ideas?

Mine is “ in transit” ! Apparently being forwarded to my destination facility, which would be Cardiff, Wales !! I was told about 4 weeks ago that there was a 4-8 week backlog? So I’d be expecting it soon ! I’ll keep you updated ! But it’ll most likely go back to warehouse scan !

just received this email from UPS !!!

Hey guys, Just thought id get in on the action !! So i placed an order on the 10th of FEB when they announced they are delivering again! Was shipped on the 12th of Feb and then was received on the 22nd in the UK, I had paid all fees in advance and had completed a clearance form and UKARA declaration After ringing, I was told a backlog of 4 weeks since importing into the UK, that being the 22nd of March (roughly) also I've heard of a 72 hour warehouse scan, they scan the items every 72 hours if they hadn't moved to ensure of the "lost parcel". Anyways i shall keep you guys updated with my parcel status, but i'm not upset because we cant play airsoft ! If we could then id be crying right now hahaha !!
