  1. Sounds good! I've ordered the Orga NPAS so I can adjust my FPS a bit. I have a can of 144a so I'll use that if it's not delivered before then.
  2. How did the 144a go?
  3. Nuprol 2.0, just changed the hop rubber that’s all. Shot it this afternoon and the first few shots were 1.34J before after 5-6 shots in quick succession, it dropped to below 1.14J And the temp was as it was today, ~23-24 degrees. Mags were in my car in the shade as I drove to a shop to use their range
  4. Speaking of what Gunbod said. I'm around 1.3J running .32 and green gas. Is there a good NPAS to use or is the angrygun enhanced nozzle with the inbuilt adjustable nozzle a good option to lower my FPS?
  5. Well she's all done! Upgrades are: ML 60 Degree Autobot 2021 rubber and Laylax strike hop arm, Vortex Crossfire ii 1-4x, SixG HSB, Surefire repro, G&P QD stubby foregrip, Magpul FDE rail covers, Magpul magpulls and the Magpul CTR stock. That's it, I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
  6. What gas do you change to in the winter? Do you just stick with Abbey Ultra?
  7. I haven't shrinker it yet as I don't have a blowtorch to hand but it's also my weapon, doesn't affect anyone with it being heatshrinked.
  8. It's pretty straightforward, just is a shade tighter to screw in but not masses
  9. Mine arrived today, a bit of heatshrink (can be shrunk or left as is). Put it over the rear part. Use the torx tool to punch a hole. Take the heatshrink off and enlarge the hole slightly so the screw fits nicely. Heatshrink back on and tighten down. No excessive pressure on the catch and it will not scratch the upper receiver. Not too obvious unless you look up close.
  10. @TadsJ2 Great, I'll order the HSB. Thank you
  11. @TadsJ2 I mean the buffer itself. Like this one: https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/angry-gun-super-recoil-buffer-kit-for-marui-mws-gbb-high-speed-version I'd ideally like to leave the buffer tube stock
  12. Hi all, What's a good buffer set up for the MWS that fits the original stock? Just for when the original one cracks. Things are pretty confusing online as to what will fit with no mods. Will I need a new sealing ring? Many thanks
  13. What about a bit of heatshrink?
  14. Just bought one and I’ve seen this! Worth putting a small pad on the back?
  15. @AlphaBear I can confirm that this barrel wrench, with a light tap, fits into the rail barrel nut like a dream! Getting everything off with loctite is no picnic, you'll need to apply heat with a hairdryer for a few minutes to loosen the nut No need to ship from the states is a bonus. https://www.blackrifle.co.uk/Barrel-Nut-Wrench-p/tc22-wrpro.htm
  16. I live in Lincolnshire. I have an AR tool coming so hopefully shouldn’t be too bad to remove it!
  17. Looking great! I’m just changing the bucking and the hop arm internally. I’ve done some external visual upgrades with rail covers etc. Green gas modded all 5 mags and I’m getting 278FPS with less than 1FPS variation on .28g bbs
  18. @AlphaBearhttps://www.brownells.co.uk/MP-15-22-BARREL-NUT-WRENCH-TACTICOOL22-100015709 I think I've found it! £40 but better than paying £50 in shipping!
  19. @AlphaBear Seen, looks like I'll await shipping from the states then!
  20. @AlphaBear I'll be installing the ML Autobot 60° 2021 and the Laylax MWS strike hop arm. I do love the look of the DD rail. It's a lovely bit of kit.
  21. I’ve just joined the club! Just awaiting an optic and then I’m all set. I’m running it on green gas and I have an upgraded rubber and hop arm to change out. What’s a good barrel tool to remove the barrel so I can change the parts? The buffer is plastic, any good replacements for when it may break?
  22. He was pretty quick. Recheck that you sent it to the right email as Facebook reverted it back to his old email address.
  23. Hi all, Yes, you've probably all heard of Negative Airsoft but I just want to add my voice to the chorus. He received my TM Glock 17 and could've charged me for the hop rubber we spoke about changing but he informed me it was shooting great and hopping 0.28s nicely and didn't need it changing so that was that. He only spent 15 mins so far cleaning it etc and said would I like stippling or something else to get my money's worth. I said yes, and I'm really pleased with the result. A nice, digicam style was done. His communication was excellent throughout and he's a real top bloke. I'll be coming back to him for more work in the future.
