Following on from the ZuckerPurge, I thought it may be interesting to see who remembers some of the more random events of forum life in the Noughties... Question 1 - which "Airsoft Saviour" emerged in 2003 offering Equilibrium inspired M92's and Airsoft ready RAP4 converted RIF's. Some of us met this person, and managed to get something for our original orders that were never delivered. Who was it?

The one in the pic was a regular AK mag, had no issues with those. The normal AKR-74 mags should be available. Bespoke Airsoft currently has stock.

I used the first one that came into the UK, and later bought one. The recoil is different to the RM4's as it's felt on the top rail, not into the buffer tube. On an 11.1v Li-Po they are insane and bring a real grin. I would recommend replacing the hop rubber, the KWA ones are for US fields - not UK ones. Also, ensure that it has a UK compliant spring in - most directly imported guns from the US - via the wholesalers will be over UK power limits. My Airsoft day - a few Saturdays ago - went very well. We hired Camp Sparta for the day and held a private game / charity event. The day was an absolute hoot, we knew one another - no silliness or cheating - just old fashioned fun and enjoyment. The morale of this story - if you want to avoid dickheads / cheaters / ego centric site marshals - do your own thing. Get the right people around you and hire a site, and enjoy yourselves again. I'm not done with toxic sites.
