PWRR - infantry I was offered the chance to go do PRAC (parachute regiment aptitude course) at the end of selection but i refused as i personally felt my fitness wasn't up to scratch so i went for infantry instead. Hoping to get into 2nd battalion after training.

After a crap day at work nailing landrovers back together im happy because i leave to start my training next month

Never really looked into how much they are as they convert the l85 from a thing of beauty to something that looks like it was abused by its father as a child and then grew up hideously deformed.

Mate of mine was on leave for the weekend and returned from barracks with an unissued DD rail to go on my l85 which he just gave to me free of charge Admittidly i think they are ugly as sin and should be killed with fire but it gives me something to attach some pointless accessories to during the weekender night games.

Must not be a month for rovers. Ever since i could legally drive ive been driving big chunky offroad equipped 4x4's with dirty great big winch bumpers and roll cages etc and have never managed to hit a deer but as the rangie is off the road at the moment ive had to buy a sh*tty old rover. After a week of having it on the road a deer runs out and became one with the front end, destroying the wing, headlight and surrounding metal, luckily i managed to straighen the inner wing and get away with finding an outer wing and headlight at the scrappy. So not only does it have all the lacquer peeling off it now has a green wing as opposed to blue so i now look turbo pikey! I have said deer in the freezer though

Been saying this for years mate, as much as i dislike the french we could certainly learn from them here. When they disagree with their government they go all out mental, angry mob with torches and pitchforks style, torching cars and blocking shipping ports etc whereas us brits just seem complain a bit then sit back and take it.

Passed selection today with an A grade, was offered the chance to go do PRAC for paras but i dont personally think im fit enough for it so i will be joining PWRR in september

A while ago we bought a load of that cheap z1 ammo and we were all appalled at the quality. Not all the bbs's were spherical and there was loads of "bits" in the bottom of the bag like the ammo had been recovered from the floor at a woodland skirmish, this ammo caused havoc with magazines not feeding properly and frequent gun jamming on 5 out of 6 guns. Since then i have stuck with blaster or madbull with no issues what so ever.

Good mate of mine was out in the quiet village of cranleigh last night and got started on by a group of lads for no reason, one guy pulled a loaded revolver of some sort to his face so he managed to floor him then turned tail and ran, group gave chase and managed to slash him in the back with a knife. People f**k me off

Got a date today for ADSC which is 19th april. This makes me happy.

Passed my first army interview today, got my second one this friday

Ive decided the term "sick" makes me angry. As in "Thats well sick man". I dont understand it, its like saying "wow thats proper stomach contents man" or " I had the stomach contentiest time" Also when young people insist on wearing their trousers halfway down their arse.....YOUR DOING IT WRONG! Marmite makes me mad although this was covered in the happy thread. People, i hate people too. Im sure there are lots of other things that make me angry but that will do for today.

Its as though someone thought "Oh i know, what if when that beer keg is empty i try eating some of that tar like residue that smells bad as its bound to taste nice" f*ck marmite. Had my army fitness test yesterday and it was a bit of a joke really, all my mates who have joined up had to go and do a pre-adsc day at longmoor which is basically a simmered down version of selection but all we had to do was go to preston park in brighton and do the 1.5 mile run. I know i shouldnt be whinging about doing less but i expected more so i took the whole bloody day off and as im self employed i didnt get paid. Oh well, one step closer i guess.
