@itsme You are absolutely right... @itsme Just like @L3wisD said, I`m from Portugal. We need those bits painted but we can cover them during games. This is how I`m running it, for now at least, regarding attachments...since that paint is hidden as well 🤣

Realized I never posted a picture of my MTR16 here. Just ignore the odd colors at both ends. Sadly they have to be painted this way due to legal reasons, as its demanded by law.

@FreeFrag.UK Overfilling could explain what I am doing wrong... Going to check if I can find the post where the mag filling is explained, as you suggested, as I myself remember reading it while going over the thread. Thank you. This thought just occurred to me... The mags and rifles sat on customs check for 5 months (I know 🤬). Could this time have affected the mags somehow? Like a dry O-ring somewhere for example? Any thoughts @FreeFrag.UK? That`s the gas I bought from my local store you can see it featured here.

Gas leaks in the mags, rifle or both? mags seem to be ok as I don`t hear any gas coming out... Don`t know about the rifle though or how to check it... Its an MTR16 this is the gas I was using: https://ocaleiro.pt/site/catalogo/consumíveis/gás/greengas

Already did @Daanios waiting on a gas valve wrench to do that. This happened to me last sunday and temperature wise should have been around 15ºC to 20ºC. Can be the gas though, I asked my local shop for the strongest gas they have, but something tells me its not enough as there aren`t many GBB rifles out here in Portugal and that gas is mainly used on GBB pistols. Two weeks ago (+/- 15ºC) it was measured at 1.1J with 0.25bb, and same gas though...

    THE TM MWS thread

Hey guys can someone post a clip explaining how to fill the mags with gas? Been having a hard time emptying the mags of bb´s with only a gas charge, and been wondering if this is normal on new mags or if it me doing something wrong. My bet is that I don't know how to recognize when the mag is full of gas so they never fill completely. Saw here, in the thread, that we should stop filling when they start spilling liquid but this does not seem to be working... Any help or tips?

Looking forward to do the same but the hunt for parts is proving difficult here in Portugal. Starting to look to shops outside Portugal but no one has all the parts I need so that they can come in just one go :(. Still need to do some more research and see shops I still haven't looked at yet...

Thank you sir Limit to 1.3J on any bb weight actually...That´s why I have to be very careful with the joule creep. So you don't recommend the 6.00mm?

    THE TM MWS thread

Greetings all the way from Portugal. Sorry if the english is not that good but as you can probably guess I´m Portuguese. You guys deserve a standing ovation for the truly awesome work and amount of information this thread has and for that I salute and cheer you guys. Got myself an MTR16 last week and only done a game so far with it, but already thinking about upgrading it internally. Having said that I read all posts and almost made up my mind regarding the upgrades I want and only have a doubt on the inner barrel. So far I am thinking on getting this: modify Tan bucking sixg super nub NPAS valve tightbore inner barrel ORGA 6.05mm 410mm or Prometheus EG 6.03/6.00 370mm I am limited to a maximum of 1.3J so I have to be careful with Joule creep and power output, that's why I think the NPAS is a good choice for me. After reading the thread, I now plan to use heavier bb´s as well, starting from 0.25g(which are the ones I currently have around) up to 0.36/0.4(depending on the power output as said above) thus the nub and bucking. The inner barrel is the real head ache here, don't really know which one to take and would appreciate any help you guys could give me. I prioritize range over accuracy but if possible a good amount of both is always welcome, let me know if there can be any changes to the list to get the best out of it. Thanks.
