Hi all I have fitted the black Ra-tech NPAS. any suggestion as to how I prevent it from rotating when I am trying to adjust it? Help is very much appreciated.

Has anyone installed this ambi selector: http://www.wiitech.com.hk/product-detail.shtml?product_id=539&path=57_145 I am a lefty and would quite like to go 'safe' without moving my shooting hand too much. I have the CQBR lower (probably exactly the same as the M4A1 lower?)

Wo1f : I follow the following blog closely. The writer is in close contact with HAO and reports that they are working on a kit for the MWS. Highly recommended reading if this is your bag (it is mine I have tried the Guarder Powerup and rate it above the Red Nuprol. My own fault for buying the (much0 cheaper Nuprol 3.0, lesson learnt! Guarder gas kicks ass in my standard TM Glock 19. Davegolf :thanks for confirming this. I will get one as soon as I find a suppleir who does it in metal or black (unlike Fire-support, who are only selling the red one). I may well take you up on your kind offer. Bit of a shame that an upgrade part needs upgrading......

Hello gents. What is the latest lightweight bolt to get? Is it still the UAC as per Badabing's video 2 years ago or is there better/cheaper/sexier out there? I played the M4 for the first time doing CQB this Sunday and it behaved well. However, both fps and snappiness were a little down on my tests at home, despite me using Nuprol Red (3.0 I think it is). So tightbore barrel is defo on the cards and I will buy the brass nub once I get a reply to my email (sent a week ago, nothing yet, must be patient :). My setup (apart from green gas mod on the mags) is currently standard. Visually, I immediately put a Magpul stock on, removed the silly 'stick' from up front and added an AFG (more British than the 'stick''. Awaiting HAO to bring out their L119A2 kit, yummy! But I want a bit more snap in winter, so the bolt may be the way to go. Tan hopup has arrived but won't be installed until I can get a brass nub. Also, the site did not allow any BBs above 0.25 weight, so my carefully setup hop and sight was a little out as I had to use .25s. I had set it up on Geoff's 0.3s. might have to carry on using .25s in the future for CQB (as opposed to woodland) Your advice is appreciated as per usual. Cheers!

I re-ran my gas test today on standard hopup but with green gas mag mod: - green gas WE (0.3 bb): 266 fps - Guarder powerup gas (0.3bb) : 290 fps This means I am ar about 355 fps equivalent with a 0.2bb, so just over site limit I am going for And as you suggested, Wolf, it gives it that snappy 'crack' back. Come spring, I'll revert back to green gas/propane. Will defo investigate hopup buckins and tigher barrel. Don't think I need a lighter bolt for winter blasting.

nice rail, Shizbazki! I am using standard green gas, Wolf. Thanks for the advice, would you have a link for the Crazy? Is that 310 with a .2 equivalent I assume? Are you using .3s for shooting? Once temps go up, it should hopefully give me a few more fps as is, but would be good to crank it up to 350 (with a .2) for woodland games and some CQB sites I play. Has anyone tried black gas? i got a can but thought I'd ask before I go and blow the thing up

Thanks, Rocket So my MWS parcel has arrived + 3 additional mags. Immediately did the green gas mod I am getting 255 fps with original hopup and 0.3 Geoffs. That equates to about 305ish with a 0.2bb. So not as much as I thought but fine for the mo. The trajectory is pretty flat. What are you guys getting straight out of the box?

Is the MWS outer barrel a clockwise 14mm or anti-clock?

Any adaptors I need to make the RS rails fit? I am used to PTWs where RS glides on like a glove. TMs are not 1:1 compared to RS (they never have been in the past, so I would be surprised if the MWS was). I have several rails lying around that I can use as long as the MWS allows it.

Haha, thanks Rocket. I appreciate the offer very much but I love a reload under fire. It enhances my experience whereas having as much ammo as I want doesn't. Horse for courses. FPS not consistent is a bummer, though. Thanks for the info. Might have to go Stanag steel, then.

Thanks, Wolf. Any suggestions as to why they would not work as well? The reason I am asking is that I will need to make a decision soon as to whether to go all Pmag or all Stanag. After several unreliable WE GBBs, I am back in the market for a GBB and a MWS CQB is in the post...

Morning, all. I have one of Dave's custom Pmags in the post and was wondering if anyone has tried them before and how they got on? Do they need modding, too, green-gas style? Thanks for your help.
