Duty question from USA:
Vector drum mag allegedly attempted delivery this morning. But wasn't. No card left and tracking says awaiting redelivery instructions.
Does this mean it's sat there waiting for duty etc to be paid?
Can't get through on the phone cos the buggers have it set to answerphone 😞
