Brick wall backstop, nothing to worry about there. I've shot air pistols in the garden without issue, I just fancy a proper setup with targets and wanted some inspiration.

I have the M14 socom but I assume it's much the same as the full length version

Thanks for that, does it pull out only the trigger guard? Are there then bolts to remove which hold the stock and action together?

Has anyone got a video of description of how to best remove the M14 stock? I hoped it was a couple of simple Allen bolts but it's not, there's some rough videos on YouTube but not very in-depth. I didn't think a stock removal would stump me🤣

They're for airguns, .177 is a common pellet size which is also 4.5mm

I've got a Cyma M14 socom coming and just want to know which BB's are best suited and recommended? I'm guessing .28 or .32 but are there new ammo brands I should be aware of? I've seen Geoff's bio ammo and tempted to try them but don't want to buy any crap. Do I just stick to ASG devil blasters?

I was just thinking for cheap plinking primarily, I'd rather spend £60-80 on a cheap shotgun for playing around with that could also be skirmished than a cheap crap aeg of the same price.

Can a decent spring shotgun be as accurate as an AEG? If it's doing the same or similar FPS with a decent barrel I assume it would have the same accuracy and range as any AEG, is this right? Of course hop up has to be considered

I'm looking for a Cyma M14 socom and bbguns4less is the cheapest I can find at £150 but I know any "bbguns..." website gets slated for being crappy. Can I trust them as a decent site to buy from?

I never take any review is completely honest, unfortunately it's just the way reviews usually work u less they're totally independent and actually paid for the item themselves. I watch plenty of other gun channels but haven't yet found many airsoft ones I really liked

Can people recommend the best YouTube reviewers that are active recently? I'm aware of quite a few like AirsoftMike, Pheas, Redwolf, Patrol base etc but just wondering if people can recommend others that I may not be aware of that are worth watching?

Looking for a budget AEG, anything half decent like Cyma, Double Eagle, Specna Arms etc preferably. Can be 2 tone and will consider M4, AK etc £100 or less would be good but depends if it has battery and/or charger, mags. Let me know what you have£100

I should have mentioned I actually shoot air rifles lol. I can shoot half inch groups at 35-40 yards with them but would never expect that from any airsoft gun, it's impossible. Just for fun and for the garden too is all I expect. I'd expect a bolt action to be more accurate than an AEG but it seems that's not always the case unless you pay the premium or upgrade it to the max. I'll keep an eye out for a cheap bolt action springer or possibly another AEG
