    I'm currently having a nightmare with Extreme Airsoft. They confirmed my online order by email last week (6th August), I then had another email later the same day claiming my order was 'unsuccessful'. I have tried to contact them repeatedly during the last week to ask what the problem is, or to try to resolve things, but I have received absolutely no response whatsover. Unfortunately, I've run out of patience and goodwill, and I've had to resort to a chargeback on my payment now. A simple one-off acknowledgement of my one of my emails during the last 8 days would have helped.

    Hi, Does anyone know where I can get a GHK upper and lower receiver blasted prior to engraving and Cerakoting? Is it the type of thing a local blasting place can do, or is it a more delicate and specialized job? Cheers for any useful advice.

    No, it's a WE G19 replacement frame and slide from KYAirsoft. I just took the gubbins out of the old one and put them in here.

    Yes, I stripped everything out to eliminate possibilities, then took the pic. Will add a pic inthe morning - off to work now. Yes, all works fine and like you say,rearward travel is blocked.

    Hi, It's at the point shown in the pic - that's as far back as the empty slide/frame will go. As it's 5/10mm short (as guessed from the slide stop lever position), it's not feeding from the mag. Very frustrating! I've looked inside where I can with a torch as I've slid the action back and forth, just can't see where it's hitting.

    Hi, I was given an old, cosmetically knackered WE Glock 19, so I ripped the guts out and put them in a new WE slide and frame from KYAirsoft. The slide is hitting 'something' on the inside of the frame (or vice-versa!), and I cannot seem to id what it is. I've attached a pic of the slide at the current maximum recoil point. For the pic, all the guts were taken out again to confirm it's not the barrel, hop, trigger group, etc. No out of ordinary signs of wear or striking on rails, etc. Has anyone got a pic of the inside of an original WE built frame and slide, just so I can see if I need to chop or file something? Cheers.

    Hi, Can anyone recommend a pair of plates to fit a plate carrier (AVS type)? More for plate carrier shape and support, rather than extra weight - ideally less than 1.5kg max each. 'Shooter' style, not 'swimmer'. I do have a pair of old Trident Gear ones, but they are a bit heavy so was wondering if there was anything else out there. Cheers.

    I'm struggling to contact them too. I received wrong order yesterday, so I've tried to contact them by email, message them on their site and via Facebook, interspersed with multiple phone calls - nothing yet... Not a complaint, but it is frustrating!

    My attitude to helmets has changed completely since my last game. While laying in undergrowth with my team waiting to spring the most epic ambush of all time (my opinion!), I completely overlooked the fact that I was beneath a thick overhanging tree branch. The ambush kicked off in spectacular fashion with smoke and flashbangs going off in all directions. However, I missed most of it because I'd leapt up from cover and smacked the top of my swede on the overhanging branch. The lump has now gone, but it's still sore! I think I need a helmet to protect me from my own stupidity!

    I've just got a Blackhawk Serpa for mine. Because the WE Glock 17 is slightly wider than the real thing, they recommend the holster for the Glock 21. This the one I have and it fits like a dream - rock solid grip and zero rattling.
