Last I head the change of use section form was recieved via the council properties team and its sitting with them. I've chased every day and its always the same answer. "Nothing yet, It could be processed at any day" unfortunately without some sort of local MP kicking their ass for us i wouldnt expect it before December but thats not to say it WONT happen. I'm this close to blowing my top off with them as we've spent thousands getting it ready for them to say "WAIT" we need a change of use permit.. Wa***ers

Your not wrong haha. The news is 2nd of November we get the keys for Sheppey but we need a weekend to sort bits out and then game the following week. Dont hold me to it yet i need it in writing..

Hey, Yeah we've been dealing with alot of red tape bullshit from the council. I also work for Kent fire and I've ran out of holiday to sort stuff out haha. We're working every moment we can during the councils working hours to get the site up and running. We've signed contracts. Made agreements payed them money, but the final push they have really slowed down on. Will be pushing hard until they say "here are the keys"!

Hextable will run most weekends Sheppey will run smaller games or night games on Wednesdays. Sat or sunday games to. How often we run all depends on you lot.

Hey fellas, Sorry If I havent got back to anyone. Its not personal. We actually have had over 600 messages! Very difficult to answer them all and only two of us do it at the moment! Everyone that I have said can come test the site will get a message - when dates are annouced give me a quick message so i dont forget.. We will be posting the address of the sites soon but as I'm here might as well quicky do it. For the first - larger school its Hextable School. 39 Egerton Ave, Swanley BR8 7LG The second site is.. (I only have a postcode) ME12 3BZ The Third site is.. Oh wait we havent annouced that yet. No times on the first site yet due to the asbestoes. On the way home I had a quick popin and nobody was there working... I have a site inspection booked in for Thursday hoping its all clear! As for the second site in Sheppey. Its ready to go this weekend. We just need to get in there and open its doors. We want to build it out alittle but we might host a quick 2 hour game this week (But will confirm tuesday)

Just got word that we will be opening late September / Early October. If only the council wernt so slow!, Sorry the website isnt up we had the power cut for some of yesterday and it stopped our progress!

We're going to break it up with 7 foot chip board. But this would be done possibly after the first game! As the Met Police need to sign off on it as well. Alot of the school is empty and we're having to bring it 100's of furniture bits and make our own as well! Are you suggesting we wear tutu's? Website is almost ready. Small update today. Platoon Stores will be our site shop! Talked with them today great guys! Also secured the deal with KCC and its all go go go! We are updating the site now and it should be ready asap! Here's a few pictures though (Not great. Onces from the camera are being uploaded)

Good to hear bud. I live in Maidstone as well. We're going to be hosting the occasional Night game with very limited spaces. 20 v 20. With aims to recreate hostage situations. Will be very slow paced room clearing games. Saturday and Sundays games will be skirmishes.

Hi all. Cant give away to much at this stage but we are in final talks with the local government regarding a disused school in Kent. (There are alot of them as well!) Its 90% CQB with outdoor play/break areas with 4 Buldings 2/3 stories high and spread across 6 acres of land. We have secured exclusive use of this site for the next two years. Its currently being used as a Police training grounds for firearms officers and we have it for the weekends Friday - Sunday. Our aim will be to provide Friday night (night) games with a focus on small realistic slow paced action. Saturday games will be objective based games - these wont be every weekend. Sunday Skirmish and Objective based games. We've got bomb props. Fobbed door keycards. Blacked out rooms for pitch black rooms. Long corridors and over 150 rooms of all sizes. Here is a sneak picture. And as we're new to this any idea's criticism are more then welcome.
