  1. Considering attending a mil-sim event this weekend, just cautious about it being full of over-enthusiastic wannabes. Anyone had experience of mil-sim?

I had a worse-case scenario and lots of douche-bags on my team, and i didn't really enjoy the scenario. These are clearly a minority and I was just unlucky. Prob same mix as a normal skirmish but you're kinda forced to work together more. People take it more seriously, so there's more potential for people to argue etc. But there's also more potential for very enjoyable good teamwork. All milsims seem to be well organised/composed so if the game style/rules etc sounds appealing...
