I used to do a paper round for £10 a week, I also delivered a paper to an elderly lady who asked me if I could walk her dog for her while I was doing the morning round she often gave me an extra £5-10 a week on top, so maybe advertise a dog walking and morning shop service in your local area. also if you go for a paperound try and get one from a newsagents as they tend to pay more.

yeah i'll turn 18 in july which kind of sucks as its 5 months away but I will definatley be getting rid of the green bits and get pistol which will be fun Thanks for the advice guys saved me some money on things that might not even make the gun any better

Thanks for the advice guys i'll probably leave it for the time being then, I already have a replica eotech, a mock suppressor, sling and a foregrip and will probably save for some new parts like a drop in ris and possibly a magpull style stock although the whole vcra and ukara thing confuses me so I may have to wait until july to get a ukara so its safe to replace the green parts.

okay thanks guys I may leave it for now then when I used 0.2gs the bbs would kind of spiral after about 100-120 feet but i cant decide whether that's the wind or a problem with the gun since i swithced to .25s I havent noticed it as much that was my main concern. How do I go about leaving it cocked? should i put it on auto and release the trigger halfway through a shot?

Hey guys i brought my cm16 back in october and have skirmished with a fair bit since then and am loving it However I would like to start doing some of the more simple upgrades such as changing the hop up or barrel ( If I tried anything in the gearbox or wiring id just f*ck it up ). The gun is shooting at about 350-360 fps without any modifications though which is right on the limit for my local site so I dont really want to increase fps if anything id like to lower it but dont want to change a spring or cylinder/piston as id never get it back together. I started airsoft about 5 months ago and used hire guns the first 3 or 4 skirmishes to get a feel for the sport before I invested in some equipment, It also helped me decide which style of gun to purchase as I was able to try a variety of guns out (MP5, M4/M16, G36 and an AKM) and decided I liked the feel of the M4 best so I purchased a G&G cm16 carbine, I can say that it is a great gun considering it only cost £120 so if I were you I would definitely go that route of trying out guns before you buy them even if thats just holding them and testing them in the shop.

Okay cool I may buy some .25s or heavier see how they turn out , I'll probably still invest in a tbb as well at some point if anything the new barrel being of higher quality could mean slightly better accuracy on top of the heavier bbs

Thankyou yeah I am planning on getting a replica eotech red dot sight and already use .23g bbs, would you reccomend heavier? it is shooting at around 360 fps so could probably handle .25g

Hello everyone, my name is George and I have been into airsoft for about 5 months now (so still have much to learn) I currently have a G&G cm16 carbine light which is showing to be an excellent beginner AEG. I have played at Blue-Streak Airsoft near Bicester 5 or 6 times now and am really enjoying the Hobby! However I am thinking of trying to get some upgrade parts for my CM16 for Christmas especially looking at tightbore barrels but have been unable to find one that is that is the same size as my current barrel (275mm according to G&G) does anyone know of any that are roughly this size as I dont really want to fit a mock suppressor as I want to keep the rifle short. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, George
