right if I take out the Tappet Plate the box goes back together im stuck on how to sort it, thanks

hi all im new on here just got back into airsofting thanks for having me right now if any of you nice ppl out there can help me,iv got a g&p m4 im putting a m110 spring in but I cant get the gearbox to got back together im in Nottingham and any help wood be nice I can pay so plz if anyone can do it for me that wood be cool thanks
