    okay it deletes anything bigger than a certain character count... okay that's annoying but all i want to say is if we sort out the country we will have more money in the country and i am not saying we should just spend this purely on defense i agree that we need more money for the NHS and schools, but it is a bit disheartening when the government cut the defense budget again and again, especially as i am going for a military career but that makes me a bit biased i guess.

    I figured your position was driven by being military in some way. No bad thing that, but maybe try asking a nurse or a teacher or a pensioner where the money should go ;) It's a tricky balancing act and all too easy to only see one part of the equation.

    If anyone on here is in the British Army and is an officer, i could really do with some advice on what to do before i can enlist at 18 (what i was told) so if you are please pm me would really appreciate it!

    'i'll die and my mrs will be widowed'. There's a chance you can die in any job, yes it's slightly increased in the army, but your still highly likely to be fine. You make it sound like it's guaranteed.

    I might stick to ww2 games where I don't need to take on guys with leet systemas. The ASG Sten mk2 is king of ww2 airsoft guns atm :D

    Yup you gotta be prepared to travel, got one in June in Portsmouth, then a rifles only event in Sept near Leicester. I don't even have a rifle yet, but now I have to get one :D Theres one in Rudgeley in between I might be able to make it to. Had one in July just got cancelled near Aylesbury due to lack of sign ups :(

    Crack out the airsoft guns- that's what I did with my sister's last party. Nobody's come since a guy burst into the main hall of our house in full kit with a bigass sniper rifle ;)

    f*cking hell...the news really doesn't do this crisis justice. I mean, it's a lot worse than it seems. Skaut posted a load of pictures of the sh*t happening in Kiev that are genuinely pretty shocking. He said himself, news networks don't show that stuff.

    Don't get me wrong I know the situation was bad even from the beginning but even so it escalated really quickly. I think the European foreign ministers are supposed to be having a meeting next week but all we do is...

    Anyway yeah - we keep saying 'oi vlad y u hlep terrorist people' but it's not going to solve the problem. There are obviously a lot of pro-Russian guys. This is pretty much a civil war, I know there is no formal declaration and no real group / militia but essentially it is.

    moose its because i am 16, so i am starting to get the ball rolling as we had a careers officer come to our cadets on Thursday and told us to start sorting stuff out if we want to go into the army so i put my application in then :)

    How does the TM Recoil stack up againest gas recoil?

    The TM electric recoil guns give more of a recoil effect than actual recoil. Nothing like a gas gun at all really.

    As for systemas being crap... I'm not sure if agree with that, I don't agree with them being worth £1000+ but they're definitely very good guns.
