Short term nothing. I spoke to Paul at Scott's and it's been tested with a hot rifle and it didn't cause any damage (video on YouTube).
Long term (IE: next month) I'll make a sac lense from my hero shark mesh. I've tested the mesh flat against the lense and there's no distortion / reduction in visibility. Just need to find a suitable butler cap or similar.
You can’t cover thermal with a lens as far as I’m aware with a poly lens. Apparently if you buy from Scotts they cover the lens for airsoft

It was just to show how large the rifle compartment is in terms of what you can fit. Having said that, they don't move due to the straps so I'd happily transport them like that.

Just joking mate, you do things however you like
my SOMS has multiple bags for each individual bit of equipment but I'm just a stickler for being overly organized. The 5.11 range bags all fit in snuggly with each other so its all nicely laid out. Bloody love my bag but wish id got the CAMS.

AND thanks to my ‘good friend’(git!) @FreeFrag.UK my latest moment of weakness has arrived !
A Snowolf (Jing Gong) AUG A1 para .
was running a rather fruity 356fps on .25’s So via the magic of its quick change spring system I lopped of 3.5 coils and it’s now running a more manageable 309fps ! One thing I did discover was the wires had the polarity the wrong way around ! So corrected THAT fault as well when sticking the deans on !
Also @Iceni it’s already been mod’ed ! Looks like your design is getting about ! Think you better pattern it mate ! ?

Just a touch hot then lol! 1.5J!! that's what almost 400fps on a 0.2.
309 is almost a perfect cut.
Polarity been wrong on the wires is something I wasn't expecting! Was that on the motor or the connector? It just shows poor QC. It's basic things like this that china guns constantly get wrong and it's a shame because the product is essentially right.
Body looks perfect. So it came with the 3 position selector rather than the standard one. That's good for you, would have been nice if CA had managed to get hold of them as well for @FreeFrag.UK
But he spent twice as much and pretty much only got a mosfet and a fancy plate on the gearbox divide, so I still stand by the JG/APS budget guns been the correct path into the AUG.
You still got the QC gearbox, Wasn't expecting that. Does it have bearings as well then?

Finally bit the bullet and ordered this, condor exo plate carrier gen 2 l/xl
ive been eyeing it up for ages but because I’m tall (6.3) and big (fat 20st 6lb at my last weigh in, I’m on a diet ?) I’ve been putting it off but it actually fits nicely with room to go bigger and smaller on the cummerbund ??
also picked up some wall hooks so I can get my guns on the wall in my cupboard
