Description
Yet another reluctant sale but I've got too much shit and despite lusting after a replica like this for years, now that I've got one I'm just never going to use it.
Its in great condition and only ever been test fitted a couple of times. Its a large helmet with plenty of adjustment, capable of fitting my 63-64cm bonce. Will fit smaller heads but might be a struggle if you've got a tiny pea head.
Visor is in great condition with only superficial surface marks, no cracks or sharp edges. It's thick enough to withstand any BB's thrown at it but I wouldn't wear it without eyepro beneath - visors like this naturally have a big ol' gap around the edges and your eyeballs will become BB magnets if you forego proper eyepro.
This is the version without Comms built in. The headphone cups inside the helmet are a bit plasticy and flimsy but you could fit some functional headphones or noise cancelling gubbins underneath if you took the mock ones out.
This does come with that weird strap system that I've seen on a couple of german and austrian helmets. Its a faff at first and takes some adjusting to but it once you've got it fine-tuned to your dome it does a good job at keeping the helmet balanced, which is a must with the weight of the visor constantly tipping the angle of the helmet if left too loose.
These things have been like rocking horse shit to get ahold of as of late and greyshop (lol remember greyshop?) we're charging just below 400 euros for these when they last had them in stock if my memory isn't total soup.
