Bought this plate carrier a month ago, I just really don't have a use for it as i bought it impulsively. It comes with everything shown in the photos (Original cummerbunds, Quick release cummerbunds, shoulder pads, Dangler Pouch and patch) Its not shown in the image but it will come with the Placard plastic buckles.
There are dummy plates inside of the plate carrier. its amazing quality, postage only (and is included in the price). buyer will cover PayPal fees.
