Can it be unlocked from semi only?

Probably. It’s got a physical block in the selector preventing the selector switching to full auto, which possibly just needs removing. But, I’ve not bothered investigating it any further as it wasn’t an issue for me. It may be as simple as removing the block, or there could be further work required in the trigger group. I bought it second hand, so I’m not sure exactly what has been done,

With regards to it being locked in semi, is it shooting at a DMR limit in non winter temp? And is its winter performance decent?

I don’t use this in games so I can’t really answer those questions. It’s a collectors item for me, so I don’t know how well it shoots in winter conditions or what FPS it’s shooting at.
