Bought a replica T1 that was attached to this but I only wanted the T1 itself, so I separated them immediately upon arrival.  Doesn't include any extra screws; comes as depicted.

Obviously being a clone mount that could mount any sort of micro red dot in the T-1 type style I can't make any guarantee on which brands will fit, but the two forward screw holes are elongated which gives good odds that a good selection of makes/types can be accommodated for tolerance wise.
