- Gearbox radiused to reduce probability of stress fractures.
- Piston Rails polished to reduce friction and improve consistency.
- Cylinder polished to reduce friction and improve compression.
- Bushings mounted to prevent movement.
- Motor height set to optimise energy transfer to gears.
- Sector Gear modified to improve nozzle timing and compression w. FPS SOFTAIR Delay Chip
- Gears shimmed to improve performance and reliability w. EX_MACHINA Polished Shims.
- Piston modified for ideal angle of engagement (AOE) w. RETRO ARMS CNC Spacer.
- Piston Head modified for improved compression.
- Piston Rack modified for improved Sector Gear engagement.
- Piston Rack mounted to piston for improved rigidity.
- Piston Head, Cylinder Head & Nozzle O-Rings replaced w. EX_MACHINA VITON O-Rings.
- Tappet Plate modified to improve nozzle timing and compression.
- Repair any minor damage that does not incur additional part cost.
- Numerous tuning, tweaks and modifications for maximum performance.
- Balance FPS and Joule output for maximum effective range.
- Gearbox lubricated w. PTFE Synthetic Grease & Silicone Oil.
- OEM Screws replaced w. EX_MACHINA Screw Kit.
- MOSFET configured to optimal settings.
- Detailed reassembly of Hop-Up & Barrel w. EX_MACHINA NITRILE O-Rings.
- Detailed reassembly of Weapon System.
