Used condition. I'm not very familiar with these handguards, but I believe there is a screw and fixing missing from the front. If I remember correctly it attaches to the gas pipe. Anyway, doesn't matter. The Metal Delta Ring doesn't have the small hole to feed the gas pipe through.
D Ring in great condition. The handguard has some superficial hits, but still good.
