Need some help with a tm m4a1 handguarg

Hey all i got a tm aeg with the correct barrol length for the handguard i tried replacing the hanguard with a tm kac rail handguard however didnt fit becuase of it beign slightly too long even though it was for said gun is it possible that the handguard wouldnt fit due to the handguard and  end caps being too small or big becuase its the aeg version?

I can't say for certain on AEGs but with GBBRs when you attach other handguards, you sometimes need a barrel nut spacer so it fits securely. Is that what you're talking about?

Hi Othrodox, if it's the Tm I sold you it has a mechanism screwed to the rear, have you tried unscrewing it to see if that helps?

All aegs have different lengths of barrel sorry to say and this can impact fitting handguards and kac type rails.

If this is an old spec aeg they have there own delta ring and the kac rail will not fit as it clamps on to the delta. 

The end caps again can be different sizes. 

Get some photos for me and I can have a look in my parts boxs ( got probably 6 or 7 different kac rails , and multiple caps barrels )

Nice clone that with the front and rear clamps.  Just need to know about his tm now , old school or recoil

Is that from an MWS? If so, the MWS has a slightly larger delta ring. I tried my MWS CQBR rail on my E&C XM177 delta ring and it wouldn't fit at all

Not sure, It must have been with a rif I bought from here, never used it myself.

I'm sure I have a spare delta ring, I'll pop it in an envelope & post to the same address, unsure if it'll make a difference but you're welcome to it.
