Classified ad renewal

Good evening, 

I have a couple of classified ads that I need to renew but I can't see an option to do it.  Please can someone point me in the right direction.

Once an add expires you should see an option to renew.  Click on your avatar at the top of the screen and select 'Classifieds' At the bottom of the list.

Any ads qualified for renewal will be in the 'Renew' option

Thanks EDcase, I dont have that option, maybe it was lost when the auto renewals changed. Looks like I'll have to start from fresh.

Sorry to hear.  Yes, things may have been disrupted by the recent changes.

Same here. There used to be a "Renew" button, but it has disappeared now.

 

Also, there used to be a section displaying all items that are going to expire, but that section has now gone.

 

I've reported both issues to the admin, but haven't heard anything back yet. Fingers crossed, all will be resolved soon.

I’m in the same boat with being unable to renew listings, I have faith though it will be resolved! Even editing the advert didn’t help

Still not got the renew option unfortunately, just have to relist your for sale items at the moment.
