Guns modify mws magazine issue

Hi,

 

How do you remove the inner base seal plate

I have a mag which is leaking gas from the seal and I need to replace the seal but can't get it out. Used a small flat head screwdriver to try and pri it out from the bottom but it broke lol. Anyone techniques as there are no videos showing how to get it out.
