It has picatinny rail at 12 O clock and you can either direct mount an accessory (like the pictured vertical grip) or mount rail pieces to the M-LOK cuts to mount stuff to. If anyone knows i'm talking mad shit, please correct me, but the 'slots' you can see at the 3, 6 and 9 positions are m-lok. There's plenty of attachments that are m-lok. If you can't find m-lok attachments, there are m-lok to RIS rail sections that exist so you can attach just about anything.
