Help me with my m16a1 mtw build

Wandering if anyone has attempted or indeed succeeded in creating a m16a1 based on the mtw system 

 

really want to add to my stoner 63 and build a Vietnam era loadout, however no Vietnam collection is complete without the iconic m16a1 

 

any advice would be very much appreciated

Different platform.

 

The hardest part would be the fixed carry handle upper. Real fake guns is making an A1 on a PTW, which has had extensive modification to an upper. Might be worth checking out his build for ideas?
