WE galaxy trigger not resetting and safety issues

Hello I have some problems with my we galaxy and maybe some one could diagnose the problem and how to fix it.

1)So when I shoot my galaxy, the slide cycles firing a bb and loads another bb into the chamber. But when I go to pull the trigger nothing happens. The trigger is not resetting.

2) When there is a bb in the barrel after this trigger not resetting event and I take the mag out and put it back in. The airsoft fires without me even touching the trigger.

Any advice would be appreciated.
