ICS L85 LSW upgrades?

Does anyone know a place in the UK that will custom change my LSW?

Because I would like to remove the fixed flash hider and thread the barrel to 14mm so I can attach a OSS black pressure regulator 2 to it. Also I would like the bipod and the rail it is attached to removed so a free floating rail can be added to the gun.

If any one can help me it would be much appreciated.
