Hello, I'm Darren and am new to the airsoft scene.

 

I'm a lifelong martial artist ( qualified to teach Muay Thai and Eskrima ) and run a small Eskrima class.

I'm also a member of the 501st UK Garrison, and costume as clonetroopers, Sith Acolyte and more recently a 2012 Dredd Judge.

 

After many of my mates in the UKG have told me how much fun airsofting I decided to go for it.

 

With some spare Xmas cash I've gotten a Well Sig552 AEG ( don't know if it's a decent first choice ).

 

I've been told how addictive this hobby is, so I'm looking forward to becoming hooked

Welcome to the forums, Darren yeah, addictive is one word which fits - tell your wallet to get used to being slimmer... Best to talk to people on here before spending any more money - run your ideas past us - there are some really unscrupulous wankers out there whose sole business model is ripping off noobs. This is my introduction thread, which is my opinion on what to do/get to begin airsoft without wasting any money.
