I am a newbie and may be a bit late with this but I found this site and thought it would be helpful to some people. http://www.airsplat.com

if you click on the heading "university" the drop down menue includes airsoft manuals,vids etc

generally as air-splat is an American site never really had a look, this looks for very informative for the new player :)
