rjmcgough Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 I ordered a DPM UBACS shirt from patrol base and almost a week later I had not received it or an email confirming it had been dispatched. I phoned them up and they told me it was out of stock and would be despatched the next day. I told them that I had not received an email or phone call telling me that it was out of stock. Patrol base explained that their staff were getting used to their brand new system and apologised greatly. They then upgraded my P&P to courier as an apologie and even refunded ALL of the delivery. I then received the shirt with no further problems. I would like to thank patrol base for their OUTSTANDING customer service and I would buy from them again. Highly reccomended online store.
